Josh Kashani brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investing and finance, having held key roles at Combined Properties and Walker & Dunlop where he sourced and closed over $1 billion in investments. He earned his BS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring outdoor activities and adventures.
Daniel Beroukhim
Daniel Beroukhim brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investing and asset management. He has held key roles in business development, asset management, and construction development. Daniel earned his BS in Business Administration and Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, cooking and traveling. ​
